Quality zero defect control, with excellent quality, safety and efficiency, customer first quality policy;
Incoming quality control:
1.according to customer product requirements to establish the relevant material receiving standard, frequency, sample quantity;
2.Production process quality control: production process parameter system monitoring, first and last part inspection, SPC process control;
3. Shipment quality control: confirm the final condition before shipment;
Through the above main process control, all meet the requirements of customers in each link.
When receiving customer feedback on quality problems, we will take initial response measures within 24 hours, give improvement plan within 3 days, and complete rectification within 14 days
